The International Association of Methodist Schools, Colleges, and Universities (IAMSCU) has been collecting the dues for 2022 as well as arrears from its members. In 2020 and 2021, IAMSCU expressed solidarity with its members as they had to face the COVID-19 pandemic, so the association decided to give more time and space for its members to organize themselves, focus on supporting their communities, and invest in their priorities. With some progress being observed in many countries and contexts, IAMSCU is now resuming its practice of collecting dues annually.
The current dues structure was approved in 2017 during the Conference in Puebla, Mexico, and it was designed to accommodate the different global contexts, sizes, and purposes of member institutions:
- Primary and Secondary Schools US$100.00
- Theological Schools US$100.00
- Colleges and Universities: Under 2,500 Enrollment US$150.00, Over 2,500 Enrollment US$300.00
IAMSCU has created new ways to make it easier for institutions to pay their dues and institutions are receiving this information directly from IAMSCU:
- Direct payment by check
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment with the dues of your regional association:
Membership includes many benefits, including access to the IAMSCU Directory, eligibility to the Methodist International Student Exchange Network (MISEN) and scholarship programs, connections to global partners, publications, and discount fees on IAMSCU meetings and events, and information on Methodist education worldwide.
